Can Anti-illegal alien states get Federal funding that Sanctuary states can't apply for? - federal anti spam
I know there are funds to assist in internal security, and it looks like are cities like New York, which used to enforce immigration laws. Other states do not like the financing they refuse to use?

As far as I know (and I may be wrong), no sanctuary states, only cities the sanctuary. But anyway, I'm also curious to impact sanctuary / no-sanctuary designations financing. I will try to find them. If I find something I want to let you know.
